Reminder

Once again, Lee is providing benefit-eligible employees free on-site wellness screenings and flu shots at your enterprise. For most of us those screenings will require only a finger stick and we will have our results immediately.



WHY SHOULD YOU GET SCREENED? If you are currently enrolled in one of Lee’s medical plans and you plan to be enrolled again next year – you will save significant $$$$$$$ in premiums by participating. I have not yet seen rates for 2009 but it is my understanding employees eligible for the discount will see “low single digit increases” – those employees not eligible will see “low double digit increases”.



Hello??? Please get screened – if you don’t want to participate at work, go to your doctor’s for the information. Please have your doc complete the form (on LINK – center of the homepage) and mail it to StayWell Management (address on form).
